Vegan counselling is a video based counselling service for the UK vegan community. I offer counselling sessions for individuals aged 18 and over, living in the UK.

Counselling helps you to work through past and present issues and to find solutions. I provide a safe space for you to explore your concerns, while being understanding of your vegan values and how this impacts on your life journey.

How it works

I use Google meet video service to provide video counselling sessions. Therefore, you can access the sessions from a smartphone or computer. You don’t need a google account.

During the first session, we’ll explore what has brought you to therapy and your goals. Sessions are 50 minutes long and normally weekly. You might wonder if you can find time for counselling? However, I offer daytime and evening appointments. Thus, there is flexibility to suit your schedule. The number of sessions needed will vary depending on your individual circumstances. However, we can discuss this during the first session. Also, we will regularly review the counselling. I take your confidentiality seriously and we’ll discuss this in the first session.

As an integrative counsellor, I use techniques from different therapeutic approaches. So I vary my approach to meet your needs. We can explore healthy coping strategies to relieve your current distress, while also exploring your past experiences to understand the causes.

Fees

My current fee is £45 for a 50 minute session.

I offer a free introductory session, therefore giving you a risk free chance to see how I work.

How to get started

Undoubtedly, getting started in therapy can seem daunting. So I understand you may be nervous to take the first step. Therefore, your first session is free. This will help you decide if I am the right counsellor for you.
